can you read text messages from a phone on your plan without the phone?
You can set up message+ to see text messages on a PC. The phone will get a text message to confirm allowing the messages to be seen on message+.
Of course the OP would have to have the userid and password for the MyVerizon account for the line in question. Without the agreement of the person using the line, it would be hard to do.
