Hello le14, 

 

If you are receiving unwanted messages from a 5 digit number, often you can unsubscribe from a shortcode by replying with the word STOP. Other words that may allow you to cancel are QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE. You can also forward any spam text messages to 7726 or SPAM. This will forward them to our security team that works to help reduce and eliminate spam on our network. Will that work for you?
