My Voicemail logo is stuck even though I have no messages how do I get it to go away?

Hi! Try dialing *86 for your physical voicemail. This will allow you to clear any unwanted messages or space that did not properly channel on the app.*Licia

How do you mean "stuck" on your phone? Do you have the basic non-visual voicemail or a visual voicemail feature associated with your line? Please provide more information about your issue in order for the community members to make suggestion on how to fix it.
