alexa issues

attempting to set up alexa with my stb.  i have the necessary router andDVRs (1100 series). getting a code 51 on the last part of the set-up. voice control call test failed.

Which Alexa device are you trying to set up?

Those devices are "set up" through the Alexa app downloaded to your mobile device and/or the Alexa browser app which you can set up your device from your computer.

Have you called customer service for whichever Alexa device you have?
