2 vms4100 with only 4 tv connections

Wondering if its possible for 2 vms4100 with only 4 tv's? I know a 2nd is needed after 5 tv's, but want 2 because of the hdr issue of the client.

That should work fine if you use 2 VMS 4100 and 2 IPC 4100, although I believe you can use up to 3 IPC 4100s for every VMS 4100.
