I have a 4K Samsung tv; connected via FiOS one box with HDCP 2.2 so should be good to go on fios 4K channels; however when I go to settings to change the video format to 2160p I get the error that it is “unable to change to the selected video format as it may not be supported ok this TV or cannot be changed at this time”; any ideas? Thanks
Check the video input menu on the TV for the input the Fios box is going to for an ENHANCED mode or extended color or some setting specific to 4K. Most TVs have a setting that allows each input to handle 4K.
