I'm having trouble getting my digital adapter box to work. I called to try to resolve the issue a few months ago and the phone rep told me the room I was trying to use was probably not hooked up and I would need to pay for a tech to come out. Today I tried hooking it up to my main tv using the coax I normally have hooked up to my full cable box that I know works, and it's still saying all channels are unavailable with error code 8701-1842. This leads me to believe that it's an issue with the digital adapter box, not the wiring. I used the troubleshooting function on the app and had it check and reset everything, and I am still unable to resolve the issue.

I would contact them again and let them know that you used an outlet that works with a regular STB and what the error code is.
