AMC fans –
We know how important AMC is to you! Verizon has been working with AMC Networks in recent weeks to extend our agreement to carry AMC, WE, IFC and Sundance. It is unfortunate that AMC has decided to unnecessarily publicize these negotiations.
FiOS TV customers are guaranteed to continue to receive AMC, WE, IFC and Sundance through the end of the year, and we fully expect all AMC Networks’ programming will continue to be available on FiOS TV well beyond that, without any service interruptions.
Thanks,
Heather
AMC should be sued by Verizon for causing such a stir. I am disappointed in their one sided tactic to stir up the pot with verizon customers. I may just stop watching their crap for that reason. I can live without fictional dramas.....
Hi All-
Verizon has created a website where you can keep up with the latest updates on the AMC negotiations here.
Again, you will not lose AMC, WE, IFC and Sundance in 2012 and we're doing everything in our power to make sure that those channels are available in 2013 and forward without any interruption in service.
A fellow The Walking Dead fanatic,
Heather
Hi All-
Just a reminder before tonight's new episode of The Walking Dead airs that we absolutely hear your worries and concerns over the thought of losing AMC. As a The Walking Dead fanatic, I'm right there with you! Verizon is actively negotiating with AMC to ensure you do not lose the zombies- or Don Draper or Walter White- from your TV lineup.
If you want to find out more about these negotiations, please go here.
In the mean time- happy TV watching! I'm counting down the minutes (t-minus 38!!) until The Walking Dead!
