Accessing On-Demand causes reboot

Trying to access on-demand program, specifically The Big Bang Theory. Click on "Viewing" box to see what free episodes are available and my box shuts down and reboots. Same thing on two boxes, only happens with this program, happens from CBS or TBS, and has been going on for weeks.
