Accessing favorite channels

I can no longer access my “favorite” channels by clicking on the heart button. Whenever I click on  that button, it prompts me to add that channel to my favorites. How can I quickly access my favorites channels?

Just press the guide button twice--- the favorites buttons will appear at the upper left.
