So my 2 year old son was playing with the remote this morning without turning the actual TV on and ended up purchasing a movie. Is there a way to get the movie removed and not be charged for it? I've since put on purchase/parental controls.
You will have to call 1 800-Verizon and ask them for a refund. Can’t hurt to ask.
