I have an LG TV with Fios One plus the new 3100g router. I just installed the First Cube. I set up the Fios skill. I can switch inputs, change volume and find shows on streaming networks. When I ask Alexa to change Fios channels I get the message that she cannot find ......... . The Cube installation automatically detected the LG tv. I am not sure it found the stb. In any event I have tried every suggestion posted here and on the Amazon site. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hey there, yeah, that's interesting.
From what I was able to read the Fire TV Cube is not actually listed directly as a compatible device (though it does say any Alexa enabled device). I think you are right though it seems to only give instructions that work with the echo line of devices. But the use of Video skills on other devices it links to a separate site.
It makes me think they know the documentation is not all inclusive.

Figured this out. Verizon's documentation is not updated which had me going in another direction. I had to go into the Cube to explicitly add my stb, not by using the Alexa app as advised by Verizon. Verizon, please update your documentation.
