Ok..recently tranferred service and upgraded to Quantum. I use a yamaha surround sound system that connects all my devices to the TV. Unfortunately, it looks like certain HD channels on FIOS now have no voice audio. I can hear music/sound effects on those channels but no voice audio at all. SD and several other HD channels come in just fine as does my XBox One audio. Would like to know why only certain HD channels have this issue but not others. I'm also using HDMI for everything so there shouldn't be any additional audio cables required.

Sounds like there's some kind of decoding issue between the channel and the receiver.
One thing you can try is hold down the d button on the fios remote for about 10 seconds.
When the hidden menu pops up go down to user settings. Once there go to additional hdmi settings then go down to audio output which is most likely set to auto. Arrow over and change it to one of the other options and see if it fixes it. If not try another one.
If nothing works then using digital coax or a toslink cable for audio would be another option although it would require more cables.
