Authentication Failed Error Code 9-6-24-302-100

Everytime I try to log into my Fios Tv app I get the same error message and haven't been able to resolve it. I've deleted, reinstalled, change password, nothing works.

When you try to log in, are you going straight to the app before logging in anywhere else, or do you log into another Verizon page then go to my Verizon? I've had problems doing it the second way. For some reason being logged into ANY Verizon page messes up logging into the My Stuff page. You can try it from this page but make sure you log out here first.
