BBC America HD in guide

BBC America HD is now in the guide (VHO 5)  Channel 689.  It currently only has color bars rather than actual program although guide data has been loaded.

Found out from a Verizon rep that BBC America HD will be turned on tomorrow (Thursday, Aug. 17th). In time for Copper which debuts on Sunday.

YES! Also a BIG THANKS to Verizon. Let's hope this is the start of add'l wanted HD programming (which has been promised by October). Copper has been set for a season series on my DVR. Hope it's as good as it looks.
