I used to be able to program my DVR over the web, but this has stopped working. Now when I try to access my DVR from Verizon's web site I get a "bad gateway" error. Can you help?

After doing through diagnostics with me over the phone, the helpful support folks at Verizon sent me a new router. I just finished setting it up last night, and when I checked just now, I was able to access my DVR both on my phone and over the web.
