Bad Gateway

I have had my FIOS TV for a week and have yet been able to schedule recording from on line or to be able to pull up list of programs schedule to record because  error message bad gateway....fixin to go back to DISH...VERIZON IS NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION!!
