Bad Picture - Red Faces and Darker

Over the past week, my FIOS TV picture has gone bad (the picture is fine when playing DVDs and using other sources).  Faces of persons on the screen are a deep red  - no longer natural skin color.  The overall picture is darker - less bright.   I've tried restarting the set top box, but that has not done the trick.  Help!

How does STB connect to TV?

If it is using component cables, then it might be STB or TV going bad.

If it is HDMI, then probably TV itself.

Do you either have another device to connect to TV or STB to swap around to test.
