Black TV screen. Still have audio.

My tv screen went black while show was on. Could still access and see guide information but no shows.  Audio was fine.  Wondering if I accidentally pressed something on my remote. Any ideas. 

Is tv broken?

So if you hit guide button or info button you can see info?

Does this happen on every channel?

Have you tried resetting box?

Thanks for answer.  I could see info for each channel. Yesterday, I pulled out the plug and it still didn't work. However, later today, I turned on the tv and all was well. Interesting!  Don't really know what the  problem was. Thanks for your answer.
