Box keeps rebooting

It keeps rebooting then it fine for awhile and then does it again.  Justed unplugged for while.  Any idea why this is happening.

Most likely it is failing.

The other, less likely case, is its trying to update to a new version but something is going wrong.  So what STB and what firmware version.
