Browser programming of DVR has changed for the worse

All my programming requests are now seen as 'manual recording' with no additional info in either the browser or the DVR both with IE and with Firefox I usually see title on the DVR once the recording has taken place, but in one instance their was no information on the DVR about what was recorded. Browser only shows 'manual recording'. The browser interface used to mark the selection requested with a red check mark and that no longer happens. Is anyone else seeing similar behavior?

As of 5/27/2012, the no programming info failure issue has returned. 

7 program records done with firefox and 4 done with internet explorer were scheduled with no programming info - just "manual recording"
