CNN Freezing since 10/24/15

I'm in Maryland and I receive CNN on channel 100. Beginning 10/24  I began noticing that CNN frezezes, then goes dark roughly every 15 minutes. Has any other CNN viewers noticed this?

Do you have an HD box?

If so, have you tried channel 600?

Mine has been off for the whole day now it's saying cnn is not a part of my Verizon package.
