Are there any plans for FiOS to add CSN+ HD in the Washington/Baltimore area this season? I know it is available in HD in Richmond and the Hampton Roads areas. I'd love to be able all the Capitals games this season on my own TV in HD, rather than going next door to my neighbor's, who has Cox. Thanks!
No one from Verizon will ever say, but it all depends on if the third party who produces FiOS1 can get the CSN+ HD feed. A good way to guage this is to check out the Saturday football games this week. They are provided by CSN+, and if they're in HD you're good for the coming season. I don't expect many Caps games on CSN+ this season though since there probably won't be any Wizards games to show.

Wow, what a simple unexpected solution for Verizon to add CSN+ HD on channel 575 like they did for the rest of us earlier this year. There must have been some sort of contractual thing with FiOS1 that kept it from being added in the DC area until now.
