Yes and it told me to call customer support with the error message CID 105
You're talking mostly to other users here. If you want to contact Verizon support, you 'll need to call or chat with them.
cid is not display on tv
Better off talking to customers that have experienced the problem. Support people go by a script and have not experienced the issue.
