Caller ID alias name association displays on my Phone and Television

Calling my phone @home from my iPhone 6s (iOS 10.3.2) shows up on both the phone and television an alias name associated with the number on my iPhone. It's a mystery to me that a name found no where among 3-5 contact list of other apps, keeps identifying me as "Tchuente Jam" 

a name I'd no more have chosen for my non de plum, any more than I'd've chosen 

"Adolph", "Brutus" or "Donald"

Did you recently get a new number on your iPhone?

If so, its possible that was the name previously associated with that number.
