Caller ID not showing up on all tvs

I had FIOS TV installed last week.  I was able to active caller ID on one tv.  However, when setting up caller ID on the other TVs, the system is stuck on "Check availability".  It says "Please Wait" and will not continue from there.  What can I do to fix this issue?

Hi jpruzins,

I'm sorry you are having trouble with your TV caller ID.  What you can try to do is to reset your set-top box in one of two ways.  You can unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in, or if the power cord is hard to get to you can hit menu on the remote. Head all the way down to Customer Support -> In-Home Agent -> Reboot Set-Top Box and try again. If you are still having trouble after that please PM me and we will look further into your issue.
