7. What is 7 ? The number of months I've been with Fios and also the months of caller ID on the TV has not worked properly. Here's what it does: With each STB reset it works for a shorter period of time. I'm working with the second STB and modem. As it stands right now only the tv connected to the DVR is affected. The 3 digital adapters are fine. After the last reset caller ID display lasted 4 1/2 hours. Any ideas?
