Can Verizon consider adding a channel from the Caribbean?

Can Verizon consider adding the channel CaribVision as a pay add on for customers?  It is channel 2181 on DirecTV. It is based in Barbados but covers the entire English speaking Caribbean.  I mean heck there's how- many Latin American channels currently available on FiOS? Latin America has a huge chunk of channels in Spanish.  I mean surely you all can fit one single English speaking channel from the Caribbean they don't have that many.
