I'm trying to change my 5 channel choices for my new Fios TV Plan, but can't access the upgrade page. Just sits there forever (See Pic)..
I tried a few days before I called to change my plan, and could not access page then either.
I've tried:
1) Different browsers, clearing cache,
2) Different computers, phones and networks to no avail.
At this point I'm quite confident the problem with my account is on the Verizon side.
