Can’t get MSNBC on FIOS remote

We’re on vacation. I have the FIOS app on my iPhone & iPad. I want to watch MSNBC programs but the only option on my app selections is “record” or “watch on tv”. We do not have a FIOS settop box here. CNN can be watched on my iPhone with the FIOS app. Why not MSNBC?

Individual channels determine if they will allow their content to be watched via an app outside the home.

Can you watch MSNBC from their website?
