Can’t get shipping info

2 weeks ago I upgraded my internet speed and switched tv plan to more fios tv. I also order 2 new stb’s. Installation and delivery date was may 6, but I have yet to receive the equipment. 3 online chat sessions were of no help- no one can tell me what the delay is or when shipment is going to happen.

order says pending and shipment is in process, internet speed has changed but no shipping info.

Very frustrating I can’t get answers.
