I had difficulties with watching my DVR shows on my Galaxy s9 away from home. I have the service to do this and was able to do it so it was recommended that I try disabling the device and then re enabling it while on my home network. I tried this and now I can't re authorize it because it says I did this too many times in a 12 month period. There has to be a way to clear this setting so I can get my Galaxy S9 back to watching my DVR content when away again. Is there a way to clear this? It would be crazy to not be able to use my phone again for a year. Thanks
Did you try contacting Fios direct to have them reset the box? If you are using an app on the Galaxy did you try removing the app and re-installing it?
