Can't see Show Titles of Some Channels

When scrolling through channels, some channels display the name of the show that's on and those coming up.

However, most channels show the message: No Program Name.

How do I fix this?

Make sure your box has an internet connection.  Try menu menu/customer support/system information and info.

Unless you are out a few days it should quickly fill in the titles.  Even if you are out a few days it should eventually fill in.
