Can’t unplug VMS1100
Rickster1216

I’m getting my floor done in the room that has the VMS1100. I’m going to have to unplug the system for 2 days. When I went to unscrew the coaxial, the other tv’s froze. Please someone tell me this is an issue and that the IPC1100’s are not slaves to the main box.

Yes. The VMS is the server and the IPCs are clients. They get their signal from the VMS. The VMS can’t stay unplugged. Just move it to one of the rooms with an IPC and swap it until the work is done.
