Can't view Favorites on DVR online

I used to be able to view my Favorites channels on the DVR on the website. I used to be able to choose from the website programs to record.

Now when I try it, the website tells me that there are no Favorites. It tells me to update but it doesn't tell me HOW to update!

I tried to find the answer on Google. One response was to activate the DVR. Certainly the DVR is already activated, isn't it?

Another response was to activate the DVR Manager.

The website is being a major pain.

I'm using the latest version of Firefox. I guess that it doesn't matter which browser I use, right?

So, how do I view my DVR Favorites on the website & choose on the website programs to record? Step-by-step, please.

Hello again!

I don't understand why my original post hasn't been answered in almost 2 weeks!

Yesterday, I unplugged the DVR, waited about a minute, then plugged it back in. Today, I tried 2 browsers, Firefox & Chrome. The website on both tells me that I have no Favorites, but I do. So, the problem isn't with the browsers. It's with the website. The webpage tells me to update but it doesn't tell me how to update! The webpage will show the movies that I've recorded but for some crazy weird reason, the webpage won't show my Favorites. So, I can't remotely program the DVR. I used to be able to remotely program the DVR.

Since you haven't answered my questions, I'll have to call tech support.
