Can't watch Olympics on NBC Sports app even though I have Custom TV package with NBC, USA and NBC Sports. Getting 'you are not subscribed to this channel' both on Fire TV and an Android tablet. Spent literally hours in chat, all I got 'We see here that you are not subscribed to NBC'. Absolutely horrible. The agent refused to give me an email to send the transcript to and refused to identify himself. What a joke. Will never deal with Verizon ever again in my life. Anybody knows if there is an email to send a complaint too? Chating/calling is just a gigantic waste of time.
