Can't watch shows through FIOS website

I am trying to watch a show online but I keep getting an error:

Unable to play the video. Please try again later. (6007) 

I subscribe to the show's network, so I should be able to access it. I don't have the digital set top box, so I can't watch On Demand shows through my TV.

Has anyone found a solution to this error? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! We gather from what you've stated in your post that you're able to sign in. You may be having an issue with your browser. Try deleting your cookies, Internet cache and resetting your browser as well. Afterwards, make sure you close the browser and reopen it and try again.

Hi, I contacted Tech Support and found out that although I can watch the channel online, the show that I wanted to watch is not available to watch online by the provider. Thanks for your time!
