I have the setup as recommended, everything has been working fine, except "My Stuff" my DVR recordings can not be watched with laptop or iPad/iPhone app usually doesn't work.
Any solution for that?
I called Verizon yesterday, they told me no solution for that.

Have you tried initial connection to dvr while on your home network?
How old is the version of the app you are using?
And you IOS version?
And what model DVR do you have?

My DVR I am not sure if the model is what I see outside the box, Arris VMS1100
