Unable to log into the epixhd.com web site using my verizon email & password.
Epix cannot see that I do indeed have a Epix subscription .
Spent about an hour on the phone with verizon tech support, billing, verifing that I DO have an Epix subscription.
I did have an Epix acount all set up,and working on my Roku.
Now, Epixhd - Verizon seem to have a communication problem/Epix user data base irregularity.
Verizon has opened a trouble ticket .
Anmy help or suggestion would be welcome.
You have to report this problem to the Fiber Solutions Center (888-553-1555).
You need to tell them that you are "having issues authenticating with the EPIXHD network." Mention that when you go to FiOS TV Online, the EPIX section asks you to subscribe, even though you already do.
Once Verizon sets the record straight, you should be able to get on to EpixHD.com without a problem.
