Why have I not been able to get the Center Ice free preview? InDemand, the provider/distributor of CI, says the preview should be on fios from 10/7 - 10/31. In addition, it states that the early bird price is $131.56 but the price it shows on the verizon website is $179. I plan to call customer service, I guess, but I'm curious if anyone has had better luck of getting the preview or early bird price without having to beg for it or just flat out being refused the same service that other cable providers are giving to their customers. (I'm in Tampa, FL).
I was going to delete this post but it won't let me so I'll just update this and say that I did get the free preview, today. I still can't figure out why verizon's price is more than 30% more than the suggested price.
