Change your bundle lose family programming

Added a phone to our account and lost the Hallmark movie channel.  The one family movie channel left.  If willing to give another 15 bucks can have it back along with showtime.  If I want family channel I have to also take the adult progamming channel.  Guess Verizon is not too family friendly.

yeah many changes with the new channel packages/bundles.... the change was dropped on EVERYONE, including employees, with no advanced notice.... Many still havge no idea anything changed... there are multiple threads about it

Your option to get the channels you want is to subscribe to the NEW package that has it... otherwise, will have to deal with what you have

there are parental controls to block just about anything you want on the TV..
