DTV had this as an exclusive contract. I know the exclusive contract expired, but it may have been renewed. I think many people would switch to FiOS or sign up for the Spanish package if it was included. I know I would. I have researched this, and asked for years it seems. Or perhaps at least TV Peru which I am sure would give them something no one else has. The downlink is available if you have a C-Band dish.

Yes I would really like to see this channel. But we can not even get a good old US channel the pubic pays for. NASA has been requested for years. No one cares! We get what we get and what ever the can make a buck on! I know I would subscribe to the Spanish Package if they just added this one channel. H e ll I would pay for the whole package just to get this one.
