Has anyone else suddenly lost access to BBC America? After FOUR attempts to find out what happened (one phone call--on hold forever; one live chat, didn't know; another phone call, agent said she couldn't help me without account number, said she would file my complaint and e-mail me with evidence that she did so but never did) this last person I reached by phone said I never should have had the channel in my "prime" package in the first place. BUT it is available in all the other packages. So, I have the choice of going down one level, and losing more channels, or going up one level, and paying $20 more to get channels I don't need. Bad choices, and, except for the last person I spoke with, horrible customer service.
I have Prime HD and I don't have BBC America. You can check channel packages on this page. http://www.verizon.com/home/fiostv/digital-tv-channels/?CMP=DMC-CVZ_ZZ_FT_Z_ZZ_N_X004#channels
