Chaptering recorded shows and thumbnails

Has anyone noticed that the chaptering for recorded shows no longer shows the thumbnails.  I find these useful to determine where to pick up a recorded show, but the thumbnails are all broken images.

Anyone else have this problem - any solutions out there?

I'm on Quantum TV with VMS and 3 client STB's.

It shows them most of the time.  But it was always true not all shows had thumbnails up at the time you decide to watch them.

Not sure I pulled the correct numbers but here's what I got under System:

Release: APR-2.0

Build: 04.28.3

UI: 04.28.2

I did notice that 1 out of 10 or so recorded shows does in fact have thumbnails.  I recall previous version of the IMG (prior to 1.9) never had this problem - all shows had chapter thumbnail images.
