I am new to FIOS and would like to know if it is possible to enable closed captioning on all channels in Spanish. I am learning Spanish and it would be a big help.

CC is a function of your TV.
If you have a HD STB (6200, 7100, 6416, 7216, 7232) you can press the * button on the remote (next to the #0 on the remote) and that will turn on the CC on the system. CC1 is for english and CC2 is usually spanish. If the CC that the channel is broadcasting has spanish it will show up there.
If you have a SD STB then you will need to look at the TV instructions for turning it on. Usually your TV remote (the one that came from your TV manufacturer, not Verizon) will have a CC button somewhere on it.
