I recently cut m coaxial cable by mistake, so I decided to run it again through the outside of the house instead of the roof as it was before, using an old cable I found. Does the type of coaxial cable you use makes a difference in the image? I think I does not llok as sharp as before. Tnx anyone.

Since the signal is digital, any interference or distortion across the coax would translate to pixelation / tiling on the screen. The type of coax can cause this.
The picture not looking as sharp (I'm assuming this means it's a bit blurry) would not have to do with the coax going to the STB.
