Once again i am on here telling you guys that there are serious issues with the guide that continue to exist and no one has done anything to get these issues corrected. This has to be a breach of contract for a company to promise services that have yet to be provided. An accurate and updated guide is something that a customer is entitled to if that customer is paying to have everything that you have to offer plus several dvrs where the data on a lot of the guide is wrong. This is not an issue that exists with only one or two customers but a lot of them where what is coming across is a sense of apathy that no one has any motivation to give people what they are paying for. The guide provider can be contacted and there is also a group within your own company who can correct these issues but they are reluctant to do so. If these issues continue to exacerbate then customers will either leave or decide to take legal action for the failure to correct the issues at hand where there is a long history of customer's trying to get verizon's attention to not only address but fix the problems that continue with the guide. Let me give you some examples that you can see for yourself and can be corrected right now. Channel 371 showtime beyond at this moment has a movie called "thirst" that is listed as a korean vampire movie that is really an american movie with a different storyline. It will also repeat at 5:40pm today on channel 372 which is the west coast feed. Also on encore suspense 356 there is a movie called "last man standing" with bruce willis that is a western but according to the guide it is listed as a corrupt cop movie with jeff wincott. The movie will repeat on channel 357 at 6:00pm which is the encore suspense west coast feed that is listed as encore suspense west west. Other examples that are wrong are channel 229 soundtrack channel which at night becomes a korean channel that goes on until at least 1am, canal sur 1549 which is wrong in the mornings plus cnn espanol channel 1540 is off at least 75% of the time. Then there is the matter of logos missing for channels like 190, 1644, 477 , 480, 1506, and 1507. This issue has been going on for a very long time and the fact that no one seems to care or even wants to correct any of these issues is very disturbing given the fact that the bill continues to get higher and higher with what seems to be below standard practices where the desire to give things to the customer that were promised when they signed up is just not there.
