call the 800 number, press one, press three , pick a number, nothing matches, sit on hold for 45 minutes,

get advice, hang up, try system, doesn't work, call 800 number, press 5, press 8, press 5, sit on hold 45 minutes, get advice, hang up, wait a while, nothing happens, call 800 number, sit on hold 45 minutes, get new DVR, follow directions on install, nothing happens , call 800 number..........KMA get some live bodies to answer phones or take you box and shove it!
