None of my Series that are programmed to record daily did not record on my DVR today.
This just started today The Menu was not coming up and none of my Series Recorded. When I go to the View Schedule it only shows 1 show. yet there are several that are on a daily recording Series both New and Repeats.
I checked my series and all the shows are entered.
I clicked the Home Agent and hit auto -Fix MRDVR Issues, I have been having some programs not record even though they are under my daily series to record the last few weeks.
I have plenty of recording space and time on my DVR so that is not the issue.
Anybody have any ideas?
Anybody having these issues in New Jersey?
I need help I lost all my shows today and it appears they are not scheduled for the next week either when I checked.
Any help would be truly appreciated!
I contacted customer service.
They are sending me another DVR.
