DVR Lost all Programs and scheduled recordings

I had around 20 recordings and around 10 programs set up to record.  I turned my stb on and everything was gone.  They were there yesterday.  Is this a system wide problem or am I the lucky one?

Unfortunately I think you might be the unlucky one. I have a VMS1100 and still have my recordings. What model do you have? I don't think there is anything remotely Verizon can do to erase the box's hard drive. Have you tried rebooting it?
